Scope of this policy

This policy governs refunds of amounts paid to top up your balance on the tools platform (M and L Technologies), operated by M & L Technologies (Sole establishment). Credits are prepaid units used to run the platform's tools.

When credits are refunded

• Your statutory right (Article 13(1) of the E-Commerce Law): you have the right to withdraw from the purchase and obtain a refund of unused credits within seven (7) days; this right is lost once you have taken the benefit of the service (consumed the credits).
• Our voluntary commitment: we voluntarily go beyond that floor and refund unused credits on request within 14 days of the purchase date — a longer period than the law requires, which we grant as a matter of our own policy, not by statute.
• Consumed credits: units already used to run a tool are non-refundable.
• Credits for failed operations: if an operation fails for technical reasons on our side, the units debited for it are restored to your balance automatically, with no request needed.

How refunds are made

• A refund is returned only to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not issue refunds in cash, by cheque, as store credit, as a voucher, or through any alternative method.
• A refund is issued as a single transaction against the original purchase; we do not split one refund across multiple transactions.
• We absorb the payment-processing fee; it is never deducted from the refund amount owed to you.

Refund timing

Once we issue a refund, the time it takes to reach you depends on the payment method and the intermediaries involved:

• mada cards: about 3 business days from the date we issue the refund.
• Credit cards: about 5 business days from the date we issue the refund.

This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date, as it is subject to your bank's and the payment provider's processing. No refund arrives instantly.

The nature of credits

Credits are a means of using the platform's tools only. They are never redeemable for cash and cannot be redeemed with any third party, and this policy creates no mechanism to convert them to cash.

Tax and receipts

The establishment is not registered for VAT, displays no tax registration number, and adds no value-added tax to prices; displayed prices are the final amount payable. Receipts issued for a top-up are ordinary commercial receipts, not tax invoices, and a refund does not give rise to a tax credit note.

Fifteen-day non-performance right

If we do not perform our obligation to provide the service within fifteen (15) days of its due date, you have the right to cancel the transaction and obtain a refund of what you paid for it, pursuant to Article 14 of the E-Commerce Law.

Making a complaint or a refund request

To request a refund or raise a complaint, contact us at contactus@ml-technologies.net, stating your purchase reference and the reason for your request. We acknowledge receipt of your request, process it, and inform you of the outcome. If you believe your request was not handled correctly, you may escalate through the Kingdom's official consumer-protection channels, and this policy does not limit any right the law grants you.
