Terms of Service

Introduction

These terms govern your use of the tools platform (M and L Technologies), operated by M & L Technologies (Sole establishment, Unified National Number 7050490098, Commercial Registration number 7050490098). By using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service description

The platform provides a set of digital tools for processing files, documents, and text over the web. Some tools run without signing in; others require signing in or a prepaid balance to run. We may add, change, or discontinue tools from time to time.

Your account

• Accounts are created and managed through the central identity provider. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate an account for a breach of these terms or where we suspect abuse or fraud.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the laws in force in the Kingdom.
• Upload content that you neither own nor have permission to process, or content that infringes the rights or privacy of others.
• Attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent security controls or rate limits, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Misuse the tools through excessive automation or in any way that harms the service's availability for other users.

The credits model

• Some paid tools run on a prepaid balance you top up in your account, from which units are debited when a tool runs.
• Credits are a means of using the platform's tools only. They are not redeemable for cash, not transferable, and cannot be redeemed with any third party.
• If an operation fails for technical reasons on our side, the units debited for it are automatically restored to your balance.
• The establishment is not registered for VAT, displays no tax registration number, and adds no value-added tax to prices; displayed prices are the final amount payable. Receipts issued for a top-up are ordinary commercial receipts, not tax invoices, and a refund does not give rise to a tax credit note.
• Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

• The intellectual property in the platform, its design, logos, and content remains ours or our licensors', and your use of the service grants you no right in it other than the right to use it under these terms.
• The files and content you upload remain yours. We claim no right in them, we process them only to provide the service you requested, and we then delete them in line with the Privacy Policy: unsaved uploads and their outputs are deleted automatically after a short period, while any results you choose to save to your account are kept until you delete them.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by the laws in force, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for data loss arising from misuse or from your failure to keep a copy of your files. This clause does not limit any right the law grants you that cannot be waived.

Fifteen-day non-performance right

If we do not perform our obligation to provide the service within fifteen (15) days of its due date, you have the right to cancel the transaction and obtain a refund of what you paid for it in line with the Refund Policy, pursuant to Article 14 of the E-Commerce Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we update the "Last updated" date and version number at the top of the page.
