How to use it

Common questions

Which files can I upload?

MP3, M4A or FLAC, up to 50 MB and 2 minutes. Other formats are refused at upload.

Can I edit the transcript?

Yes. Click a line to change the words. The start and end times stay as they are.

What do SRT and VTT mean?

They are subtitle files most players accept. Times use Western digits so the file works in every player.

How many credits does it use?

One credit per minute of audio, rounded up. You are charged when transcription completes, including a silent recording.
