Numeral converter
Convert digits between Western (0-9) and Arabic-Indic (٠-٩) numerals while the rest of your text stays untouched. Works on mixed Arabic and English text.
To convert digits, paste the text and choose the direction. The converter swaps only the digits between Western 0-9 and Arabic-Indic ٠-٩ and leaves every other character exactly as it is. It is free, needs no sign-up, and your text never leaves your browser.
How to use it
Paste your text, choose the direction, and the digits convert as you type. Letters, spaces, punctuation, and line breaks stay exactly where they are. Copy the result when you are ready.
When it helps
Official forms, invoices, and printed documents in the region require one numeral system or the other. Retyping numbers invites mistakes. Converting in place keeps the surrounding text exactly as it was.
Common questions
Is my text sent anywhere?
No. The conversion runs entirely in your browser. Your text is never uploaded, stored, or shared.
Does it change anything besides the digits?
No. Letters, spaces, punctuation, formatting, and line breaks stay exactly where they are. Only the digit glyphs are swapped.
Which digits are converted?
Western digits 0-9 and Arabic-Indic digits ٠-٩ (Unicode U+0660 to U+0669), in both directions. Persian digits ۰-۹ are a different set and are left unchanged.
Does it work on mixed Arabic and English text?
Yes. That is the point of the tool. Digits inside Arabic sentences, tables, and invoices convert correctly while both scripts keep their order and spacing.
